It lets you copy blocked files from another site.
Certain files, programs or processes in the PC sometimes are blocked and there is no way to close them. They end up totally hung and not even pushing Ctrl+Alt+Supr will unblock them.
CopyLock isn`t a program to unblock files, but its aim is to copy files that are blocked (as they are being used by other programs, like DLL libraries) from one place to another. That means you can copy a blocked file to another folder.
CopyLock thus keeps both files, the original blocked file and a new copy so you can use it where you want.
